Back in 2010 Koodo Mobile was charging the customers a $2/Month fee for customers who wanted a paper bill sent by mail. in 2014 federal government introduced legislation to stop telecom providers from charging subscribers to send paper bills. Now the way of providing the bills are changed. As of May 1, the company changed the way of billing to E-bills. Also, the company will inform the customer when their bills are ready to be looked online by sending a text message to the customers. Koodo started doing this transition to e-bills in 2015.
